Wilderness Explorers: “Hill Country Rocks” (ages 8-11)

In “Hill Country Rocks,” students explore Texas limestone, how it was formed and how it reacts with rainwater to make our aquifers possible. We’ll also explore fossils. On our nature walk we’ll go looking for “karst” features and fossils.
